Husband made his house from my parents money and removed me from home

My husband removed me from the house. We have been married for 6 years in which he took money from my parents and made his house from my father's money. What action can i take against him?
You can file cases under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, which relates to spousal torture, and under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (DV Act in short). While your husband would be prosecuted under IPC and would face jail time, he would be ordered to pay maintenance under the DV Act.
