aap apne pati ke khilaf maintenance case file kijiye . jisse who aapko har mahine kharcha denge. aur aapne detail se nahi likha hai. kya wazah hai jo aapke pati ghar nahi aate hai. uski detail mil jayegi to thoda aur acha hota.

If he is leaving separately and not giving any kind of maintenance you should have approach the court by filing an application for maintenance. You will get the amount as per your expenses. If he is giving money to his daughter then there is no problem for that but if he refuses to extend the support. You can go to the court for your daughter as well. Revert me.

If you want your husband to come back the matrimonial home you can file a petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights.

You will also be entitled to maintenance from your husband. For that you have to file separate application/petition.
