Husband left me to parents home due fights with mother in law

Married in november 2014, we are staying separate for 10 months. I used to had issue with my mother in law. Due to the fights my husband dropped me home. My husband used to support me but never said a thing to her mother. Now its been 10 months and i am staying at my parents home and now my husband has been distant with me. I dont want to divorce him what can i do?
As per your question family matter are depend to evidence you have many remedy but i suggest you go to your home and compromise your husband legaly advice you file a domestic voilence complaint against your husband and family members you file also section 9 hindu marriage act 1956 applicatin before family court reconstitution of congual rights
