My husband left my two sons in my care 2 years ago n settled out of India. what remedies are avaiable to me.
Dear client u have to file Case for monthly maintenance under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. File case in court and court will summons to his address. Once court order for maintenance he have to pay monthly maintenance. If he will fail to pay maintenance court will issue warrant against him. For any legal help call me
