18-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Dear sir, I am housewife. 6 months back my husband got job in another city. He has to go for 3 months training during job. So he asked me to stay with my parents untill his training over. And then he was going to settle home in that city and taking me with him. But now its more than six months spent and he is not talking with me in good manner . He keep reminding me about past arguments and fights. And we got separate from his parents before 3 yrs back ... so he now keep me reminding that thing and pitching me and my family. He totally stoped talking with my side family six months back. And now he is making excuses for taking me with him in that city. He is keep saying we are not right for each other now.... what I should do ??? He is mentally tourchering me from last six months . I do love him and want to stay with him . I told him we will keep your parents with us..still he is keep saying past things and dont want to think any positive . What step I should take now?

I would suggest u directly go to that city and give him surprise bcoz u don't know why he is behaving like that? Secondly u want to stay with him and if he is not ready than it is for no use to wait for him and if u don't want back than u can file FIR of sec 498A in police station nearby. As than he can come to know what is correct , talk to ur parents first and than take a step.

you have to decide what u want. whether you want divorce from husband or you want to carry on im the same ways. legal options will lead to divorce n bitterness in relations. so it is for you to take call on it. all legal options are open for you n you have to choose. n lawyer comes in picture only after your decesion

You can send legal notice calling him upon to perform matrimonial obligations as husband and further if you think that your husband is neglecting you than you have remedies the law, which you can avail by initiating proper legal proceedings. Detail legal consultations can only be given after considering entire facts.
