without obtaining divorce if husband is living in with another unmarried lady it amounts to committing bigamy, you can file criminal case against your husband on grounds of having committed bigamy, include his parents as well because they are supporting him in this.
If your husband and the other lady have children in this relationship it amounts to illegitimate children, as regards claim in the ancestors property they have no legitimate rights whatsoever.

For marriage and divorce, personal laws apply. If you are a Hindu, then a second marriage is not valid. As the cases are pending, I recommend you contest the cases and obtain a divorce from the Court. If you have enough materials, then you can be successful. If you live with another woman and have relations like a husband-wife, when already married to someone else, this is a criminal offence called 'Bigamy'. The children can claim from their father, subject to other conditions.
