Husband is living abroad and asking for divorce

Hi sir. M from ajmer. Meri mrrg 1 yr b4 hui thi. That tym husbnd want to marry me. Our family knw each other..bt its totally arrange mrrg.. Aftr my mrrg my husbnd behavior was totaly chng.. Smtym he is very gud person. Smtym i feel lyk he is stanger to me.. 8-9 mnths b4 he shifted to abrd for his job. That tym he told me ki hum sath rhenge. Bt waha jane k baad suddnely baat krna bnd kr dia. N told me go n ask for divorce to our family.. Kafi smjhya baat hui bt no respnse.. To legally what shuld i do. can u help me. Aftr our mrrg he was talked to another girls on mertomonial sites. N told them he is single. I have enough evidence agianst him. . I did every thing to save our relationshp. But knw i want to knw its we go for divorce whts my rights..

You can file a divorce case under section 13 Hindu marriage act on the ground of concealment of facts, cruelty , mental harrasment in the district court . You can also claim maintence from your husband under section 125 crpc.

First you contest the divorce petition. Along with this file an application for maintainence. Because after divorce you won't have any right on his property except for maintenance. You can claim maintenance until you remarry.

Hello mam
You can file complaint in women cell against your husband and his family members for want of dowry and cruelty with regards to dowry.even you can file for domestic violnece case in court also

You can file case for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and desertion. you can also claim maintenance or permanent alimony and share in the property of your husband. the above noted facts also covered under the provisions of domestic violence so you can also file complaint under domestic violence in the Court of Judicial/Metropolitan Magistrate by engaging an advocate nearer at the place of your residence.
