Husband is in Canada, mentally unstable and not sending any money.

I am a doctor mbbs and married to a guy who is Bds. He was from Canada, I never wanted to shift to Canada. My Inlaws said I dont have to go to Canada. After marriage i came to knw that he is mentally unstable.Then when he went to canada we had talks on mobile then i came to knw that he thinks that i support my family with my money which is not true, then he started doubting me.he told me that i should not tell any of his relatives what u do where u work etc. he never gave his mobile number , address to his parents, he never sent me a penny. what should I do in such situation Please advise.

You should file a divorce petition with maintenance application. Court will order to publication order in that country. We will not come present and you will get ex parte degree of divorce from court. By this you can get marriage again.
