Husband is going around with wife's sister

Hindu family. Husband is a gazetted officer and also has some property in form of plots, flat and agricultural land. Wife is 12th pass and does not work. Have 2 children. 1 elder daughter and a minor son who is suffering from chronic kidney disease. Husband has multiple affairs and mentally tortures wife that she cannot leave despite of this. What all complications can arise in this case?

aap ka pati aga kisi or ke sath riste mai hai or aapke sath kuch galt karta hai to aap uske khilaf case kar sakte ho court se aapko puri madad ki jayegi or aapke sath nayae hoga

U can punish your husband by file appropriate petition before court under HMA law, for yourself and children as well l. This is the only solution for your case. Don't be afraid he is a gazette officers

A Hindu female has a lot of legal remedy in this case.
A Hindu female can ask for maintenance, Can file for divorce , Can file a criminal case under adultery .

Your question is quite ambiguous as you have not stated what relief do you seek. Considering the question, you can do the following:
1. File a police complaint U/s 498A IPC on behalf of the wife against the husband, which is a serious offence.
2. Claim maintenance for the wife and both the children. As the daughter appears to be unmarried, she is also entitled to maintenance alongwith the minor son.
3. File an application for domestic violence.

You can file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and alternatively also file a petition under domestic violence act seeking monetary relief as to maintenance and protection orders. However, detailed advice depends on particular facts of the case.
