Husband is cheating on me what are my rights and procedure for divorce

I feel my husband is cheating on me. I couldn't gather proof of his relationship. We used to have numerous quarrels. We have daughter of 15 years who has the same intuition about the same. What are my rights as a married woman? What is the procedure for divorce if I plan to divorce?

As you don't have sufficient proofs of his relationship i would suggest you to go for divorce on ground of cruelty. you can also file a case of domestic violence. Depending upon other facts you and your daughter are entitled to claim maintenance from him. Otherwise the second option if both agrees and consent for is mutual consent divorce.
