Husband is avoiding me and my daughter what are my rights?

I married in the year 2011 it was a love marriage my husband did not inform his parents about our marriage nor he tried even telling them about it some how his father came to know but there was no sign of him taking me home. Many of the problem started afer marriage he started abusing me an my family for his failure. I was pregnant in the year 2013 and thought things will change but nothing happened i came to mumbai for delivery. his parents are not even aware about our daughter and he is not helping me raise her financially nor he came to see her or meet her to mumbai he is avoiding coming
The first thing you need to do is approach the Crimes against Women Cell in your area to register a FIR and file for a protection order with the Domestic Violence Court at the same time. The Domestic Violence Court will not only prohibit your husband from interacting with you or your child but will also make your husband pay a rental allowance to you for alternate accommodation.
Thereafter, you should file applications for maintenance under Section 125 CrPC claiming maintenance on behalf of both you and your daughter. After obtaining all the above reliefs, you should file for a divorce if wish to do so.
