Husband having extra marital affair don't want divorce

My friends husband is having an extramarital affair with his collegue. My friend is not willing to divorce him. Is there any law where she can log a police complaint for committing adultary.
Dear wife cannot file case for adultery against husband. But her husband is torturing her physically or mentally then she can file complaint with women cell of police under sec 498 a. For any legal help call me

yes, she can go ahead and file police complaint but she has to take care of all the evidence before lodging the police complaint against him. Always give written complaint to the nearest police station located to your residence and take acknowledgement copy of the written complaint. Incase the police do not register your case than you can go ahead and file private complaint in the Magistrate Court .

dear client, if your friends husband is having extramarital affair with his collegue & if your friend not willing to divorce him she can claim maintenance against him.but she can not file police complaint agaist him for commiting adultry. in india only husband can file complaint against adultry of her wife.
