Husband having affair, wife needs financial Security

My sisters husband having affair. He is not keeping any relationship with my sister. They continue to stay in same house. Mother in law tortures her. She got married in 2006 February and has a daughter aged 9 years. All property is in name of her mother in law. How can we ensure her financial security of my sister

U can bring her and than u can file a case of 498A against boys family, and u can file a divorce and maintenance case against them, but for that u need to bring up sister at up father's place. And than u can find a lawyer at up place and than u can file a case

she can file 125 for maintenance case and if she is having the proof of outer relation of her husband then she can file adultery case also along with divorce application.
