You can file domestic violence case as well as 498A case and also under sec 125 for interem Maintenance against them, but before all this you will have to decide and be firm on getting divorce and No more want to continue Marital life with him,

You can refuse to go back stating the reasons for your refusal. Take advice of the lawyer and send legal reply. Even if your husband file for R.C.R. and divorce, you can take the contention that you have given reasons for refusal to return to the matrimonial house.

You can claim maintenance for yourself and your child until he and his family mend their ways and resolve the issues with you.

I advice you to meet your lawyer personally and take further legal advice. With the limited set of facts, and without properly understanding your requirements, we wont be able to give you comprehensive legal solutions.
