Husband has mental disorders which were concealed at time of marriage

Hi. I have married one year ago. At that time my husband parents do not tell about their mental health. He has bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, identity disorder,mood swing, depression, anxiety. He behave abnormal after marriage. He became violent soon. He also mentally torcher me after marriage by saying sooo many hurting things. His mom always cover his every point and pressure me to bear all. He is not working and pressures me to do job. He talk with himself, smile alone, say unreal and unusual things as he thought he is not indian. He is Russian but he doesn't know how he came to india in childhood. He says they r not my mom dad, my mom is in canada. His will power is zero due to this. I don't know what to do and can i take divorce on basis of this.

Hello mam , you can file a divorce under section 13 HMA on the ground of mental harrasment and non disclosure/ concealment of major facts regarding mental health of the husband . You can file a divorce case on the above said grounds in district courts and have a starting case on such grounds and succeed in getting divorce .

Such kind of mental disorder or mental sickness which fact has been not disclosed to u before or at the time of marriage . Concealment of this fact is very serious . For information contact me personally..!!

Hello
You can file divorce in district court .you can get divorce if you have evidence regarding his mental disorder and identity disorder and schizophrenia then it may ground for divorce.so you file divorce case against him

Yes, you can get a divorce by filing a petition under sec 13 of Hindu Marriage Act on the basis of incurable mental disorder. It will be surely better for you to leave such house as it is not suitable for your mental and physical health.

After completion of one year of marriage you can file divorce petition on the ground of cruelty in any Court of District Judge or Family Court situated at near place of your residence. Incurable Schizophrenia is also one of the ground of divorce if such mental disorder of such a kind and to that the other party to marriage (Petitioner) cannot reasonably be expected to live with the other party (respondent).
