How have you been tolerating all these for so long. File an FIR against him , file complaint case under DV Act claiming compensation for his cruelty, beating and tortures etc. also claim separate residence, maintenance and return of your jewellery etc. Also file divorce case and claim custody of child and maintenance for him also.

YOU SHOULD FILE A POLICE COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY. ALSO FILE A CUSTODY PETITION FOR YOUR SON. ALSO GO TO THE WOMENS CELL AND FILE A COMPLAINT THERE. APPLY TO THE COURT FOR MAINTENANCE AS WELL AND INITIATE DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS.

You can file the case for divorce on the ground of cruelty. Further if you may wish so you may proceed to file case under 498a, dowry prohibition etc. You should also claim maintenance and demand custody for your child. If you wish you may contact me.

You should approach the family court and file maintenance criminal complaint under section 125 Cr.PC. you may also make a complaint for adultery before the Hon'ble court of Law to punish him for his illegal act.

You can go ahead and avail many remedies. There is option of filing a criminal complaint against your husband at CAW cell of your district stating the atrocities that you have gone through.A case U/s 498 A,406,34 IPC can be registered.Therefore you can also go ahead with filing of Domestic Violence case against him wherein you are entitled to get various reliefs such as residence ,maintenance etc.The last option is seeking divorce on basis of cruelty and desertion.Therefore these are the absolute remedies to work out the situation what you going through.
