Husband harassing wife and not allowing to talk to children

The husband who is living in Bangaluru is mentally harassing/Torturing his wife in abroad on phone.Doesn't allows her to talk to her children too.The woman doesn't have any relatives.plz give a legal advice.

Their is issues between the husband and wife , we generally try first for Counselling between party but if left with no choice legal option should be taken as their are laws which is meant for safety and security of women alone.you may approach our office with detail will surely provide all the detail... If the wife wants to stay with the husband, then you can file for restitution of conjugal rights. If the wife does not want to stay with the husband, you can file for divorce. If the couple is already divorced, but wants access to children, you can file a case for custody before the Family Court. Even if the wife is abroad, you can contest the case here through a representative by a Power of Attorney.

What is the status of their marriage? who has the custody of the children? if this is just a formal separation without divorce etc. then she can file for it and seek the custody of the children. If they are divorced and custody is not yet decided she can seek custody of her children
