Hi
if you have been married recently and if you are convinced that your husband is a psycho you should file for annulment of marriage / divorce by first filing a leave of appeal u/s 14 of Hindu marriage act and u/s13 of HMA.
If he is indulging in Domestic violence, then you can choose to file a Domestic violence complaint and definitely police will take care of him in a manner deemed appropriate.
Parents do think that a broken marriage is below their dignity. but at the end of the day it is your life. you do not need to bear with non sense from your husband. if you think it is appropriate time to move out, then you should move out of matrimonial home and contact a lawyer (if you want divorce) or file a domestic violence complaint with police .

Solution is quite an easy task, however, I would like to first understand entirety of the term "Psycho"

If this is amounting to harassment - which could either amount to physical abuse and domestic violence; if this does they you stand all fair chances to be granted a Divorce. As the Law provides you protection through The Divorce Act 1869; The protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 and to a larger extent supported by Restitution of Conjugal rights

Harassment in marriage due to dowry is another separate issue which could even be filed if this also occurs within

Do feel free to contact if you would like to proceed with consultation and filling the petition

you are major, so you take your own decision and you have to change your by taking him to some counseling(mediation) with one physcrosist. after that he may change himself. other wise bring him to advocate and advocate also will reconciliation him.
