Husband harassing and not maintaining, what can be done ?

My husband apply for divorce and i dnt want.they stop me to continue studies and to do job.they reject me 2 times to join phd when i got seat.now am homeless.its very hard to maintain my self.its hard for me to fight against his case without money.i want to continue studies .assume that if my husband has 1lakh sal per month.am i eligible for maintainance case?how much i get?nd mainly how much time it take for final judgment?

you can claim 50% of your husband's net salary as maintenance if you file for maintenance under section 125 of CR.P.c
maintenance cases filed under section 125 cr.p.c will be heard at the earliest and it is likely that courts will grant you maintenance in the first 2/3 hearings only. maximum it will take 3 months for the courts to grant maintenance.
