What you want? If you also want the dissolution of marriage both of you can approach the court mutually. But remember that for seeking maintenance you have to file separate application. Before that I advise you to collect all the documents which belongs to your husband, like salary slip offer letter etc. It would helpful in court proceeding. Generally judges give maintenance on the basis of earning capacity of your husband. Revert me . All the best.

Dear Ma'am,

Under the circumstances when your husband is asking for divorce and not giving maintenance and entire jewellery is kept by the in-laws. You may file a dowry harassment criminal case for jewellery and other things. you need to file a maintenance case separately seeking maintenance from the husband.

To claim maintainance you have to file maintainance petition before the court of principal judge, family court of competent jurisdiction, you can also claim maintainance in the court of metropolitan magistarate in domestice violance case
