Husband harassed mentally and financially what are my rights

Helo sir ,mere shadhi 7 years back hue ,mere husband mainu after marriage mentally,finiacilly harassh kr raha hai,tell ,i have a baby boy of 6 years,wo humare koi bhi zarurt pure nahi kr pata ,na ghr na roti n.sugested me what to do,m apne bete ko apne sth rakhna chahte ,

Ylif your husbamd is harressing you in any manner then firstly you should file a domestic violence case against him in which resident and maintinence prayer be also made. Thereafter if your husband mend his behaviour then its okay otherwise make a complaint to the woman cell too.

You may file complaint of cruelty dowery Harrassment to national commission of women who will call yr husband & other members of yr inlaw involved in causing harrassment as u said.If situation doesnt improve then FIR U/S 498A,406 IPC will be lodged against yr husband & other people involved.Later you may also file case seeking maintenance.Additionally you may also file case of domestic violence against yr husband & other inlaws.
