Husband had filed divorce petition just to win the challenge

My husband has filed the divorce petition, just because he wanted to win over the challenge he had given to me, after a small argument held in between us but i wanted to save the marriage , as i have already work hard on this marriage and after all difficult situation created by him for me some how i managed to sustain. Please advise
Since you husband has filed a petition for divorce in the court, you can contest the petition and appear in court yourself or with an advocate and show your concern to save the marriage.
The divorce only on grounds mentioned in the Hindu Marriage Act like adultery, dissertion, cruelty, etc. the grounds are required to be proved in the court with evidence and thereafter only court grants divorce.
