Husband got remarried without getting divorce Can I file bigamy case

can I registered a FIR against my husband without any proof? who got second marriage without getting divorce. he has a child from his second wife but I have no proof in which hospital his child was born and have no idea about born date.I have got first motion alimony and second on after six month. now two months are left.If I do not search any proof then can I lodged bigmay case after divorce or not.

Yes you can file a case for bigamy before the court of law. And you can also file a case against your husband for your marital rights as well as legal rights being a legally wedded wife. If you have children then you can also file a case on their behalf and you can also file an appication for conducting DNA

You can file bigamy case both before and after the divorce, proof will come later during the trial of the case and is not mandatory in the initial stages. So an FIR / complaint can be filed by you both before as well after the divorce so that it can be taken on record during the trial of the case or to claim further maintainance from your husband.

Yes after secondotion there is a aggidaviye that you hAve settled every thing so if you want to complete second motion that you can not file second motion so if you want to file bigamy case with or without any ptog you can file but afyrt dibocef of it figicily hence you need to think how evet any body for married during

Yes you can definitely lodge a complaint and even file a case on basis of bigamy.Therefore the evidences are required which clearly indicates that he is married during pendency of his divorce proceeding ,regarding child the paternity will be proved by its own course once marriage is established.Therefore you have both remedies Civil as well as Criminal.

Yes, you can file fir against your husband for bigamy. No person can marry before getting divorced. If any person does that then he shall be prosecuted under IPC. You must go forward and lodge complaint against your husband as early as possible.
