You can file a case under DV Act. DV act is protection of women from domestic violence act. Suspicion on character of a women is no ground for divorce.
You can get a relief as you have a remedy in the law

Mam,
File a complaint with the nearest police station that he is trying to compel you to leave your matrimonial home ,in addition to try and forcing you to agree for a divorce. Are you working? You can contact me for further detailed advice. You should also file a domestic incident report with the nearest police station.

Dear madam.
When marriage took place legally it proves that you are legitimate wife of your man who works in navy,so untill and unless he doesnt have any evidence about your character he cant demand divorce from you.
mutual divorce means mutual concern of both the parties to marriage for divorce.
so situation is in your favour when matters goes to court, instead u can go to court for restitution of conjugal rights.

Mutual divorce is the type of divorce where both the parties have to agree on common terms for dissolution of the marriage which is then confirmed in the court . It does not happen with either of the party by force or by any other way . in your case as you stated that your husband works in the navy , he is entitled for certain benefits like the quarters and other benefit which are given only to married officers . Also you did not stated the exact dispute between you and your husband . if your husband is harassing you for various reasons you can file domestic violence case against you husband as well as his relatives like father mother sister etc which will be more helpful . family matters are very delicate and needs to be handled in specific ways with care , if you wish to proceed with legal action and needs some assistance you can please feel free to contact me personally
