Dear client if he is asking ur terms then go ahead and put yr terms. U can tell him on which point u r ready for divorce. I can put terms of one time alimony. If any child then u can put term about custody. For any legal help call me

Greetings,
There is no harm in giving your terms and conditions in advance, however before accepting his terms you should also go through his terms if it is acceptable for you then only you go ahead or else ask him in the court before the Hon'ble judge to disclose his terms as you are not aware about it.
