If you want to live with him then you can file restitution of conjugal rights case against him. This case requesting the case to reunion you with your husband. You also give counter that you are not willing for divorce

You can ask for mediation and try to settle the matter during mediation. If the matter could be mediated you have to contest his petition. Meanwhile You can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights.

You can file a Counter/Objection to his petition explaining all your facts. You have all the reasons to justify why you went to your parents place.
