Husband filed divorce on false grounds how to defend it

my husband had a extra maritorial affair and he wants to marry that women, so he left house and filed a divorce case against me on the basis of false and groundless accusations in family court but after 10 years of battel petition was dismissed becouse he could not prove the ground of cruelty alleged by him, now he appealed in high court.i am a working women, we have two sons age 19 and 16 both are living with me only. my husband didnt gave any maintanance for childrens since he left house. how can i respond to him bcoz i am tired of this court matter and ready to give him conditional divorce.

Dear client if i want to compromise matter then u both can file mutual divorce after withdrawing appeal from high court. Also u can ask good amount as one time alimony. For any legal help call me

Approach you Husband with Advocate and Arrive at Settlement. If you Agreed to terms of Settlement , you can both file Divorce Petition by Mutual Consent. In case of need Contact me. having 15 years Experience in Various Courts.

Its a pathetic condition and I have every sympathy for u. The High Court is very unlikely to go against the verdict of the Family court appeal. Did you mention in ur reply about the maintenance of your children ? If the court allows his application then he wiill have to give you maintenance including your minor children and the maintenance up to the majority of age of your eldest son.
If you cannot bear the tension then go for CONSENT DIVORCE but ask for the entire amount you spent in litigation and future maintenance . Still if you have any doubt you are free to contact me. ADV SANDEEP NAIK
