Husband & father in law humiliating,how to get divorce & child custody

I am married for four years with two kids. Elder one is 3years and younger one is 7months.. Me and my husband quarrel alot and he and his parents abuses and humiliate me alot.. My father in law even threatened me that he will teach me a good lesson. My husband is saying he want divorce from me. I am housewife. I want my kids custody.
You can file a divorce petition as per section 13 of the HMA and contest for divorce. You can also file for maintainance under section 125 crpc for yourself and your kids. Thirdly you can file for domestic violence against your husband and father in law and finally child custody case can be filed under guardianship act
