Hello,
You have not mentioned your religion here neither your and your husband's religion. While Hinduism has a long history of cross-dressing as a bhakti cult towards lord it doesn't mean that you have to suffer all this.He might be a woman trapped in a man's body or a homosexual as well. All this amounts to fraud and mental violence and you can get a divorce or get your marriage annuled.Get in touch for more details.

Respected Madam,
Divorce becomes more complicated when only one of the partners wants the divorce or demands the divorce from other. Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, describes the following grounds of divorce as under:
Adultery
Cruelty
Desertion
Unsoundness of mind
Schizophrenia
Virulent and incurable leprosy
Venereal disease in communicable
Non-compliance with a decree of judicial separation
I suggest you that you have ground to get divorce.

You may file divorce and stay separate from him. You have to file complaint against your husband and in laws before police and file a suit before court. You will get maintaininence from your husband even after divorce. File complaint only after consulting any advocate. Feel free to contact

Cruelty has a very wide definition and it includes mental cruelty. Answer to your question is yes you can file for divorce on this ground. Also his behaviour can be said to be a mental illness and divorce can be granted on this ground. You should start collecting solid proof for this behaviour. As he has threatened you and your child this also includes cruelty.
