Husband does not want me to come to his house what can I do

because of my husband treating me like a door mat, i left his house and came to my parents place. My parents have discussed all the problems with his parents and they have agreed that he needs to come to my place, speak out the problems, assure my parents he will change his behaviour and take me back. But he is now refusing to come to pick me up giving the excuse ' i cant get leave at work, my job is at stake'. He is in sydney whereas i'm in india. How do i get him to come to pick me up?

Dear client if u want that husband take u to matrimonial house back then first send him notice through lawyer and ask him to take back u. If he will not act per notice then file case for restitution of conjugal rights in court under sec 9 of Hindu marriage.act. for any legal help call me

You will have to file case in family court then only he will come there is no alternate way except to filing case in court. You are hereby advised to file case in family court. First sent him legal notice, he will reply to your notice.
