Husband did two marriages not ready to give divorce to second wife

first woman have 2 child boy 10 .girl 8 year old, wants divorce from her husband because husband have second wife and second wife also have 2 child ,husband torchers his first wife. both are hindu .first wife age about 25 years old and when he marriaged she was only 13 year old .it means husband have wife before getting first marriage. now first wife wants divorce. what is solution for this. when wife asked him for divorce so he is not agree. what is solution for first girl. when she got married she did not know means of marriage. it is like a rape for this girls so plz help me thanku ,,
You can file a Divorce suit in the family Court giving the Complete details of the reasons for obtaining divorce. As it is under Hindu law, it is not allowed to remarry till the spouse is alive and divorce has not been taken.

although at the time of marrige the girl was not of legal age but as of now she does have all the right on the property of husband and the husband have to give maintainace to the wife , he has to give proper care and required thigs to thier kids as well.
