Husband did second marriage what can I do

if any person does 2nd marriage without knowing the 1wife. what document the judge require to give final order.we have the 2nd marraige photo legal certificate in which he mentioned he is unmarried.marraige hall we knew where he done the 2nd marraige. 2wife knows everthing that he is already married still she got married 2wife was unmarried. document require to prove judge and give final order and how many years punshiment that person will get and other witness of 2nd marriage.
Offence of bigamy is filed against that person. In order to prove marriage photo of marriage, is required. You can file 498 case against your husband or that person also. For punishment of imprisonment it is necessary to prove
1) without you knowledge that marriage is done.
2) You had get mental and physical tension from this marriage.
3) Your husband is ignoring you & not satisfying all your need.
4) you are unable to maintain your self.
