Husband did second marriage filed FIR but no action taken yet

have filed a case on my husband on last year ago that is 498 a sir actually to be frank I have faced lot of problems at his house there complete family harrased becos his father wants to do second marriage to his son his father is an circle inspector and he blackmaild us ri take back the case and said he will kill me and my baby so now the case is on process actually I filed a case becos my hubby is going fr second marriage I want my husband BT now from last one yr onwards we both are not staying together so now my hubby is having affair we know the girl too so I would like take a next step h
If the husband has done the second marriage when the first marriage is subsisting then it is totally forbidden. Just because his father is a circle inspector, you don't worry. we will have the father and his son behind bars. The father will be actually suspended and terminated from service without any pension if his involvement in his son's second marriage is proven.
the next steps will be to file a private complaint in court on your husband for second marriage when first marriage subsisting and on his father for aiding and abetting a second marriage.
