Madam,

You can claim post divorce maintenance from your ex-husband for yourself till the time you are remarried or till your death if you are not marrying again and if you do not have any source of income. Also, claim for monthly maintenance for the kids, their expenses for education and welfare till the time they attain majority. You need to file the maintenance case in the jurisdictional family court. Collect all the details of your ex-husband's present income and latest salary slips and file the case. The court will direct your ex-husband to pay the maintenance. Feel free to contact me if you need any help or assistance.
