Husband concealed first marriage what to do

My husband's 1st marriage was love n out of our religion. She was a Christian. We r brahmins.I don't have proves on this.where that lady's dad filed a case against my father in law at that time. Because of all these he never ever emotionally bond to me.neglected ,harassed ,finally came to know his ongoing illicit lifestyles for which he sent me to my parents home cunningly. Now out of 34months 10 discontinued months we were together.now separated from 1yr but last month I went to his house where sent out thru owner's help creating scenarios n dramas. So when I can't proof his 1st love marriage, and not yet registered our marriage, neither kept me as his wife in ahaar card . Played with me emotionally n mentally for his luxurious life styles now I'm completely dependent on my parents as no one is their to take care of my baby. My case is going too slow 498a n dvc .do I get justice or what should I do for speed

Particulars are not clear. When did your marriage perform, even without traditionally celebrating your marriage have you went to his family fold. Even at the time of giving birth in hospital have you declared his name as husband in records. You must prove his marriage with you by placing neighbors evidence. Why did you went to your house. When your father filed a case against your father in law what is the description that your father made about your father in law and husband in the case records and whether have they ratified the same . You can take evidence of that descriptions also. What is your husband. Whether he is an employee. If so whether has he declared your name as wife in his service records. You may file a case for maintenance under Section : 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Cases under Section : 498a will take time due to procedure. You will get justice.
