Husband committed adultery and physical violence on his wife in a foreign country. Wife came back to India. Can she file a case in India? Which section of law she has to take help of?
Yes, case of adultery can be filed in India, in a local court, where they reside, as IPC and CRPC apply to Indians even outside, as for physical violence, file it along with the adultery case, giving instances of physical and mental harassment
