Husband cheating me but I don't want divorce from him

I have a 20months kid, i want to complaint against my husband because he is cheated me he have a another relationship with another married women, at present he is not with me he is with her only, she also married women she have 2 kids for her husband. i want my husband back can u guide me pls.

I recommend that you go for counselling with your husband, in order to work out your differences. If you feel that counselling will not help, you can file a case for ‘Restitution of Conjugal Rights’ – which is basically seeking intervention of the Court to restore your married life. You can also file a case simultaneously for maintenance of yourself and your child. The personal law will apply depending upon your religion/ faith.
