Husband and in laws harassing and forcing to file for divorce.

Hi, I married in feb 2016. My husband working in dubai. Before marriage he promised me to taking to dubai with him.He broke the promise and when i questioned, he started to mentally harassing. Now his parents (my in-laws) thrown me out from there house.And he is forcing me to apply for divorce. He and my in-laws stopped talking to me. I scared to give police complaint as he is living in foreign, police cant take any action. Can you suggest me what can i do now? I am totally confused below questions. 1. If I give FIR against him, will police bring him from Dubai and arrest? 2. If police not helping , is there any way to bring him to India?. He is not ready for compromise and he is not picking anyone's call.
Consult and discuss briefly and fuke a case against his parents and husband, if you know his address. Court notice should send it to Indian ambassador and procedure is lot. Consult and get information and file criminal suit. Consult more.

It is the duty of your husband to provide for the residence and provide for money for maintainance. If your husband is threatening and causing a cruelty on you, you can aprroach the court for appropriate remedies.

You can file a case against your husband and your in laws under domestic violence act, and also you can file case before jurisdictional court for 498a and also for cheating by your husband and his family members, court will take cognizance and once his family members come before court automatically he will do something to close the case and whenever he comes to India Police will arrest.
