husband and his family harassing for giving birth to daughter

I have a 8 month old daughter. My husband quarreled with my family at time of delivery and demanded money for hospital expenses. I stopped talking to him and he didnt turn up for 6months.just few calls and messages. He came after 6months.said sorry and i forgave him. Again he started fighting with me by agreeing to his family. He is forcing me to leave my job and stay with him. He or his family has never helped me whenever i needed it. He blames my family and says either to leave him or come to stay with him. He n his family are cruel. I m mentally tortured by all of them..i think its because i gave bitrth to a daughter... His parents are instigating him against me. He is forcing me to leave him. He spoiled my n my daughters life. We are not talking to each other now. Neither can i leave my job. He doesnt spend a penny on our child my parents and me are taking care of my daughter.what action can be taken.
