Husband and family gave false information at the time of marriage

My husband & inlaws had lied of their son that he does not drinks, is a nice person and is doing agricultural engineering, but in real he has got a back in his final sem. & is not looking forward to pass it. He is totally a psycho recently I'd given birth to a baby girl. It's about 11 months of our marriage he mentally harasses me whenever I come home and stays there and when it is told to my in-laws they just said he is psycho don't take him seriously he had even slapt me once and many a times he behaves like a beast. He is unemployed only child of his parents. my marriage has not even registered till now but I have all the photos, videos & eye witnesses of it. Whenever I raise the question of registration he just ignored it. His parents are also very good players and very virtual to show goodness on front level to everyone. He said my father two times when I was at my parents to keep me their forever. Now I want divorce how can I get it to live a secure life with my parents. hindu
