How to withdraw divorce case from family/civil court

i have filed for divorce to my husband in January 2015 , no solution i have got yet ,the case is shifted from family court to civil court. Now i want to withdraw it because is wasting my money any my time so i don't want divorce now ,so my question is "can i withdraw my case without any hurdles? ". Me and my husband both are Hindu by religion but of different caste.

Yes you can withdraw your case from the court but you and your wife both have to give application that we compromised our matter out of court and we have no objection to withdraw my case from the court

Dear mam you can withdraw divorce case according c. P. C. Because section 13 Hindu marriage act govern by C. P. C.
