How to vacate the flat owned by husband & his mother

I am Hindu-married for 6 years and having son of 5 years old. Due to trivial and high non ended issues my husband has left the home before 9 months. Last week he sent me a legal notice asking for divorce & asked me to vacant the flat within 15 days. The flat he purchased in 2007, where his mother is co-applicant (mother paid 5 lacs as down payment. rest amount is under loan on my husband. He pays loan EMI wholly and regularly.) I live in the flat with our son. I dont want divorce. Do I really need to vacant the flat? how can I save mine & son's shelter and bring my husband back? please guide.
Dear client first reply his notice through lawyer and deny his allegations and also deny divorce. Then file suit for injunction in civil court and take stay order so husband will not remove u from home. For any legal help call me
