How to take divorce from husband ?

It's been 2 years in marriage and I am fed up totally. I want to divorce my husband. I just want my dowry back from in-laws and money which we have used in marriage or the remaining loan amount which is going on due to marriage. Don't want to continue this divorce for long. Please help. What are the terms in this kind of divorce ?

You have to file a divorce case jn concerned court and then you can obtain divorce decree against your husband and cruelitties commintted upo you by your husband and his family members and u can also take ur

There is two kinds of divorce contested and mutual in both matters u can claim dorwy amount and divorce as well or you can avail more needy remedy available in law for you benefits financial and resident

You have not mentioned you religion in you query which is important for deciding remedy.if you are a hindu then easiest if get divorce by mutual consent . entire process is Finished in in 6 to 7 month.But if one of them do not share then you have to move divorce petition and prove your case for divorce on the grounds available in law.
As gar as recovery of expenses you have file a suit for recovery.

If you really want to dissolve your marriage, you need to file a divorce petition. You can also file a maintenance against your husband. But before filing your case you have to make up your mind and tell me the reason for divorce. Because Court will ask about the reason and your husband will fight a case. But in all cases you are entitled for maintenance during the pendency of the case. All the best. Revert me
