How to separate from my husband
19-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I want to apply for separation from my husband. We got married two years ago and now I have realized he is a much different person that I thought he was, I cant stay married to him any longer. I have nor registered my marriage legally though we married with the families consent in a traditional way. I don't want to do through the tedious divorce procedure, Can I just apply for legal separation instead. I only have a few terms (which does NOT include any alimony) for going through with this separation and I think my husband also needs this as it is pretty evident from his actions and behavior that he too thinks of this marriage as a burden and wants to live life on his terms. Whats the most stress free and economical way to deal with this?
Dear client if u both feel this marriage as burden then go for mutual divorce and u will get mutual divorce in six months. If yr husband is not ready for divorce then u can apply for judicial srparation in court. For any legal help call me

Don't prefer shortcuts when you want to lead your life peacefully and If both of you are willing to separate then go for Mutual consent divorce and that will not cause any hassle to u in futur. It will take only 6 months to get divorce if you are doing it by mutual consent and for further query contact me directly on cell phone.
