How to safeguard myself from false dowry case

23-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have been married to a girl (arranged). There was no demand from our side even though my father had to bear the charges (partially) for the marriage location. The girl has been mentally torturing me. She had earlier said that she liked her boss. On 17th July 2016, she fought with me post returning from her parental (after 10 days stays) house badly and hit me saying that I was impotent. Her parents came on 15th August 2016 and started abusing me and my parents. Her father went to an extent to hit me on my head. They took their daughter along with them. We are very much respected in the society and hence we did not make this issue big and no written complaints. I had an employment in Bengaluru from 19th August 2016. The girl SMSed (Copy Available) me to say sorry to her parents if she were to return. I wrote back that it was her home and she could come any time. Girl might file dowry case under parental influence and I want to safeguard my family.

ThIs is something which needs more of marriage advisory than legal work. While you file anticipatory bail plea. It won't stop her from filing a complaint.

I know someone who could help you. Do write back if you want to turnaround the situation.
