Madam,
Whether the said case of divorce is reopened to set aside the order by your future husband's wife?, if they filed set aside petition then the earlier marriage is in live. If not while you remarry him furnish the correct details with the marriage registration authorities in order make your marriage as valid.

HELLO.

Since the Boy is holding exparte Decree of Divorce you may have to wait for some time. There is every possibility that the divorce may try to step into court to set aside the Decree But unfortunately there is no time limited stipulated for filing set aside petition. Only after you cross the hurdle you can think about going for marriage and Registration.

There are lot of issues to be discussed across the Table. Contact LawRato for fixing an appointment with me.

Please reconsider your proposal. If it is an ex-parte divorce order, means there is every possibility of filing a petition to set aside the ex-parte divorce order . In that case if the ex-parte order is set aside, then once again trail will take place to decide the merit of the divorce petition filed by the boy.
If you are sure that the boy , you are going to marry, has a genuine reason for his divorce then well and o.k. you can proceed and get married to lead a happy life, otherwise better to reconsider.
