How to put pressure on party delaying divorce proceeding

27-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi sir. I am Hindu Brahmin and married in the year 2012. I stayed only for one month at my in laws home.'y husband used to harrase me physically so I decided to separate and we did notary divorce on 100 rs stamp paper. But I know as I need to take decree from court so I applied in court for domestic violence as my husband refused to take decree. But it's been one and half year putting case in court , but my in laws are not accepting appeal from court n rejects to present in court. What should I do further? Or what is the law for that if they refuses the appeal through court?

I will advice you to file divorce case in family court with a ground of cruelty. In a domestic violence case you will not get the decree of divorce and the petition you have filled for a decree on the basis of your notaries divorce you will not get till your husband will not agree. so file a divorce by your side.

First of all U r Hindu Brahmin girl... if your husband also Brahmin then I have go to court for divorce under provision of Hindu Marrige act. So file a Hindu Marrige pitition in civil or family court. In this case u pass all prosess of court then u get
Decree of divorce. In domestic violence case u not get decree of divorce.
