How to prove wife can sustain on her own post divorce?

What kind of evidences does court usually accept as a proof that wife can sustain on her own post divorce ?

The courts normally accept the following documents as proof that wife can sustain herself post divorce,
1)Salary slips of Wife
2) Properties held by the wife ,
3) Academic certificates(Graduate or Post Graduate degree) of Wife
4) Work experience letters of wife
5) Bank Statements including Fixed deposits
Mere 1 or 2 documents as listed above is NOT sufficient.
You should try to get at least 3 or 4 of the above documents and then the courts might not grant the wife any alimony or maintenance.

As per the new amendments if wife is educated and is capable of earning, then no need for the husband to pay maintanance , you can prove by her education certificates and if she is employed you can show her pay slips.
