I am very much tormented.how do I prove mental cruelty.what would constitute as primary, Secondary and corroborate evidence.to make the matter worst,I am myself a law graduate and facing such heinous temperament and behaviour from my husband just to save the marriage ties but it's going nowhere and I am losing.my sanity and plunging into depression. Mental cruelty need not be proven by evidence. The mere statement from you that husband is mentally abusing you is good enough. When the judge asks for evidence you can speak to the judge in camera or brief the judge in her chambers that is sufficient.
