How to protect 498a as Wife is cheating and have extra marital affair

I got married two years back and few months ago i came to know to that my wife have a boyfriend has relationship before marriage and it is still continue. I have following evidence against of my wife - 1. Call recording 2. One photo - both standing together her boyfriend room. 3. I recorder her whatsapp chat/messages 4. Couple of video/cctv recording while she is talking to her boyfriend and given kiss over phone. While talking over phone she confirmed was visiting b/f room many times and made relationship with him. Has these evidence are enough to save myself and family to protect false 498a case, Domestic Violence acts and maintenance case. If that is not enough please suggest what more evidence should i try to collect.
